9oz fresh Atlantic salmon broiled on a cedar plank and glazed with our house BBQ sauce
Lamb Chop Fondue
Three lamb chops grilled to desired temperature and served with Black Mesa Ranch goat cheese and rosemary fondue
Bacon Wrapped Filet
7oz beef tenderloin butterflied and wrapped with 2 pieces of apple wood smoked bacon
Beef Stroganoff
Three 2oz filet medallions served over Fettuccini pasta tossed in a classic Red wine and sour cream sauce with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions
1/2 Rack of Baby Back Pork Ribs
In house apple wood smoked baby back ribs glazed with BBQ sauce and served with a side of cole slaw
